Most repairs are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us detailing the problem. All repairs will be carefully analyzed and fixed if possible. Note that some repairs or upgrades may incur charges.
Directive cannot be held liable for normal wear and tear or abuse. Validity of product condition/repair will be made at our discretion.

We accept returns under the following guidelines:
- Product must be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to initiate a return please email us to request a return authorization. Once received, simple repackage the item and ship it back to us.
- Some products may be non-returnable and will be stated as such in its product description.
